In-Person & Virtual Training FTI offers a combination of in-person and virtual training opportunities throughout the year, including accelerated trainings for CFS designation, monthly course offerings in partnership with the Industrial Fasteners Institute, and a series of live webinars.

On-Demand Webinars With more than 60 pre-recorded webinars presented by industry experts, FTI’s Online Learning Library makes fastener training convenient and accessible. Learn at your own pace and when time permits with an annual subscription.

Earn Your CFS™ Designation Developed in 1998, the Certified Fastener Specialist™ advanced training program is attainable through seven full-day training sessions offered throughout the year, or Fastener Training Week, a five-day accelerated training opportunity in partnership with the Industrial Fasteners Institute.
